B. Leaking glue at the nozzle
The R-shaped head is deformed, causing the nozzle R-shaped head to be inconsistent with the mold R-shaped head and resulting in glue leakage.
The nozzle threads are deformed, causing the nozzle to not be tightened properly or the end face of the nozzle to have grooves, and the flange to crack.
C. Instability in glue injection:
The check ring cracked, causing the sealing surface of the non-return ring and the check ring to deform.
The sealing surfaces of the check ring and the non-return ring were worn and corroded.
The inner hole of the material tube was bored larger and became worn.
D. With black spots and yellow stripes: This is caused by wear on the tip of the screw or due to frictional heat generated by the screw material pipe and shear heat.
E. The screw does not clean properly and does not discharge the material: The screw of the material pipe is severely worn out.
F. The storage time varies: the raw materials tend to stick together, making it difficult to unload, and the design of the unloading port is not reasonable.
